If you are losing weight and prefer warm beverages in the morning, drink hot water with lemon and honey and continue this for a month or two and you will definitely see results later.

2. Increase water intake: As we drink water, we start feeling full and this reduces the amount of food consumption. Water drinking is effective for your body, removes body waste, boosts your metabolism and even help you to drop extra pounds of weight.

5. Limit Sugar Intake: With many studies conducted to check obesity rates excess sugar is considered to be one of the cause. Sugary food is highly rich in calories. This results in weight gain & many other severe reactions are also seen. 

This doesn't mean to remove sugar completely, just lower the amount from the diet. As it is also available in products that are not sweet (bread, ketchup, yogurt). However, the suggestion is if you are planning to lose weight, quitting excess sugar is the must.
