Acidity or acid reflux is very common in Indians. It occurs when secretion of acids in gastric glands is more than usual. It causes acid flowing back to food pipe producing stomach ache, gas & other symptoms. This condition mostly occurs because of unhealthy eating, heavy meal or spicy foods.

4. Cold milk-
